Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your experience and purchases. Please read our policy below:

  1. Services (Aesthetic Treatments)
    All services are non-refundable once completed.
    If you are unhappy with a treatment, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review your concern.
    Results may vary from person to person.
  2. Skincare & Retail Products
    Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
    Products must be in original packaging with proof of purchase.
    Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
  3. Faulty or Damaged Items
    If a product is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.
    We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund after inspection.
  4. Thrift Shop Items
    All thrift items are sold as is.
    No refunds, returns, or exchanges on thrift items.
  5. Refund Processing
    Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
    Please allow 3–7 working days for processing.
  6. Cancellations
    Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid loss of deposit (if applicable).
