All services are non-refundable once completed.
If you are unhappy with a treatment, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review your concern.
Results may vary from person to person. - Skincare & Retail Products
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Products must be in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty. - Faulty or Damaged Items
If a product is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.
We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund after inspection. - Thrift Shop Items
All thrift items are sold as is.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges on thrift items. - Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 working days for processing. - Cancellations
Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid loss of deposit (if applicable).
